Washington Square Realty Capital was involved in the project from inception to close, a period of 18 months. This included managing all aspects of the project including: securing financing, negotiating with the General Contractor for a $202MM GMP contract, creating a comprehensive strategy for the demolition and abatement of the property, performing extensive due diligence, negotiating the lease and acquiring insurance.
