Eric Morrison is a Principal with Washington Square Realty Capital, where he underwrites and places deals with capital sources. His duties include creating offering memorandums, development budgets, and pro forma analysis for potential deals. Once an offering memorandum has been completed Eric also assists in communicating with potential investors in an effort to finance transactions.

Eric graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Stockton University in Pomona, NJ with Magna Cum Laude honors. Upon graduation, Eric began his career in commercial real estate finance as an Analyst with Greenbridge Real Estate Capital in Philadelphia, PA. After working with Greenbridge until 2013, Eric went on to work in investor relations as a Senior Analyst with Citco Fund Services in Malvern, PA. At Citco Eric was the main point of contact to both institutional and private investors who were invested into private equity and real estate funds which were in excess of $3 Billion AUM. Eric joined Washington Square in January 2016.
