Colin Adams began his real estate career in 2017 as an intern at Washington Square Realty Capital. As an intern, he was involved in $75MM of transactions. The following summer, he interned at Vanguard, assisting in the planning and development phases for their real estate arm. After graduating from Bucknell in 2019, he returned to Washington Square Realty Capital full-time as a senior analyst, eventually transitioning to a principal position in 2023. Since returning to Washington Square, he has been involved in more than 100 various transactions totaling over $750MM.

- Riverview Plaza, Philadelphia, PA: Secured a $23.8MM bridge loan and $10.6MM preferred equity investment for the acquisition of a 45% occupied, 236,000 SF retail center.
- Germantown Row and Binder Terrace Apartments, Philadelphia, PA: Secured $51.5MM of bridge financing for the 120-unit apartment community.
- 1307 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA: Secured a $32.5MM construction loan for the development of a 70-unit apartment structure.
- The Yards at Malvern in Malvern, PA: Arranged a $50MM acquisition bridge loan secured by the 225-unit apartment complex.
He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Bucknell University. He currently resides in the Logan Square section of Philadelphia with his wife (Amanda), a surgical resident, and their two dogs.
