This grocery anchored shopping center was bought at auction for $1.1MM. After a loan the Sponsor arranged with a bank fell through, the borrower needed a bridge loan with one week to close.
The Promenade at Wyomissing Square
Washington Square arranged a low interest rate loan to refinance the debt and provide funds for construction of the Property.
Westtown Shopping Center
Washington Square was approached by a buyer who was looking to put permanent financing on a newly developed Property.
